Customer Relationship Management Software. Lesser of two evils?
I just received this email from a local sports-oriented small business for which I’d signed up to receive such e-newsletters. Golly, I feel special!
The email continues with actual news and monthly highlights, an announcement of a new class, and the requisite contact info at the end. But this oversight so creates the feeling of “just a number” that I think it certainly would have been better had they not sent a letter this month.
Ah the irony of software support for relationships.
